TestCEFR · Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Undertaking (v1 · 2026-10)

This undertaking governs access to the confidential commercial schedule of the TestCEFR Sovereign & Institutional Partner Programme ("Deal Room"), operated by Edusync Group.

1. Confidential Information

Wholesale per-assessment rate cards, prepaid volume ladders, country licence fees, installation and customisation fees, partner margins, wholesale course and exam-prep seat pricing, territory availability, and any financial model derived from them.

2. Authorised use

Confidential Information is disclosed solely so that your organisation can evaluate a commercial partnership with TestCEFR. It may be shared internally only with colleagues who need it for that evaluation.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not publish, post, screenshot-to-social, or otherwise disclose the Confidential Information to any third party.
  • Do not use it to undercut, benchmark publicly, or misrepresent TestCEFR or any partner's pricing.
  • Do not share your personal VIP link or key. Keys are individual, revocable and activity-logged.

    • 4. No resale without agreement

    Access to pricing is not a licence, franchise, or authorisation to resell TestCEFR assessments or course seats. Resale requires a signed partner or volume agreement.

    5. Term

    Confidentiality obligations survive for three (3) years from the date of disclosure.

    6. No warranty

    Pricing is indicative and subject to contract, territory availability, and verification of organisational eligibility.

    7. Verification

    The Founder Desk may verify your organisation and role before issuing or continuing access, and may revoke access at any time.

    8. Governing law
